Manish Ghiya, Principal

Manish Ghiya is Principal, IndAus Business Advisors. He brings over 30 years of experience in senior roles across Australia and India. Starting his career in Mumbai, he relocated to Australia in 2017. In both geographies, he has worked with leading blue-chip corporates.

Manish has worked at senior levels in governance, risk, compliance, and legal areas, and has been a trusted advisor to the board and senior management. His India expertise includes company setup, re-structure and reorganisation, private capital raise, advisory services, merger, due diligence, regulatory licensing, product and marketing compliances, corporate legal transactions, and advising on a range of business, regulatory and legal matters.

His experience and understanding have lent him a keen understanding of moving businesses forward through challenges and unique market landscapes. Calling both Sydney and Mumbai home, Manish possesses a wide network of relationships and service providers to make your journey from Australia to India a smooth one.
